Privacy Policy

FEMTA collects only the information needed to provide its services — such as contact details, membership and company information, application documents, and content you submit. We use this information to process membership, communicate with members, and operate features such as events and placements.

We do not sell personal data. Membership documents, resumes and uploaded files are stored securely and shared only as needed for the relevant feature (for example, a resume is shared with a company when you apply to its job, and your contact details are revealed to that company only after it shortlists you). Member directory details are published only with the member's consent.
